Hi, I’m Christopher Frye — a UX Researcher passionate about understanding human behavior and amplifying users’ voices throughout the design process. I use a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods, grounded in empathy, to uncover the “why” behind user actions. My goal is to improve the human experience of using products by building meaningful connections and telling user stories that inspire thoughtful, inclusive design.
